CO2培養箱主要由箱體結構件、溫度控制系統和CO2濃度控制系統三部分組成。
1、箱體結構件由外殼、保溫材料和不銹鋼水套組成。工作室的設計是關鍵。采用水套方式,即除正面玻璃門外,其余五面均為充滿水的不銹鋼夾層,通過熱水的循環,使工作室處於等溫水的夾層包圍中,因此受熱均勻、恒定,升溫快,降溫慢,即使停電5~6小時,也保證細胞存活。采用雙層門設計,內面的玻璃門便 於觀察細胞生長,又對環境幹擾較小;外門內側設有自動控溫的襯板,使玻璃門不結露、不受環境溫度變化的影響。工作室內的風扇使氣體循環,使工作室的溫度和CO2
濃度均勻。水套頂層采用臺階狀設計(該設計獲得國家專利),既保證了培養箱頂部的水層均勻,又避免了風扇電機的高溫和環境變化對工作室溫度均勻性的影響。制造工藝也能保證體形變減少。
2、溫度控制系統采用三路檢測、三級控制的電路,而且還有防止溫度過部電路。(而有些進口培養箱是單路檢測、二級控制電路)溫度傳感器是先進的電壓型集成電路溫度傳感器,而不是常用的熱敏電陰、半導體、熱電偶等傳感器。
3、CO2濃度控制采用超聲波傳感器,具有性能穩定、檢測速度快、能適應潮濕的箱內環境、壽命長不易損壞、線性好等優點(此技術已獲得國家專利)。而國內外同類產品多數采用熱導式和紅外線式。熱導式傳感器結構熱導式傳感器結構簡單、成本低廉,但過於靈敏,受環境影響大,容易產生零點漂移。紅外線式傳感器不能在潮濕的培養箱內工作,便采用外置傳感器方式,將培養箱內的氣體用氣泵抽出並冷凝去濕後再檢測,然後將氣返送回箱內。這種方式管路復雜,機械耗損大,檢測結果滯後,故障率也高。

只要給定壹個設定值,儀器便自動控制CO2濃度,比較流量計方式,操作更簡單,省氣精度高,穩定性好。

CARBON BIOXIDE INCUBATOR
Carbon dioxide incubator is composed by box configuration , temperature control system and CO2 thickness control system.
◆ Box configuration is composed by crust , heat preservation material , stainless steel water jacket . The design of the workroom is linchpin . It is adopted the water jacket technology , namely , except the front glass door , other 5 surfaces are all stainless steel interlayer full with water . With hot water circulation , water interlayer in same temperature surrounds the workroom . ◆The circuit of 3-route check , 3-step control and high temperature prevention is adopted in temperature control system . (some import incubator circuits are single route check ,2 step control) Temperature sensor is unusually adopted the voltage concentration circuit .
◆CO2 thickness control is adopted the ultrasonic sensor with stable capability , fast checking speed for adaptation of the wet environment , long service life and good linearity . (Declared the nationality patent) . But the same kind of this products in the world are adopted the heat conduction and infrared . The sensor configuration of the heat conduction is simpleness and low expedition , but it is sensitive by environment influence and easy to zero drift . The infrared sensor can’t work in wet incubator , so it is adopted with the outlay sensor by pump the air inside and check after freezing , and then it will send the air back to the incubator . This system has disadvantages of complex duct , high mechanical waste , hysteresis checking result and high fault rate .
Auto-control of CO2 thickness and comparison of flow are worked when a value is set , so it has the advantages of easily operation , high gas save , high precision and good stabilization .
